8. Tracks employee eligibility for medical, life, dental and 401(k) enrollment.
9. Conducts new employee orientations, benefit orientations and enrollment for eligible employees.
10. Assists employees with questions, changes and problems with benefits.
11. Handles 401(k) notification for terminating employees.
12. Handles termination paperwork and sets-up exit interviews. May conduct exit interviews.
13. Up-dates posting requirements on all employee bulletin boards.
14. Assists with insurance bills and verifies new hire and termination bill accuracy.

16. Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.

a short duration project located in Cameron, AZ beginning Mid April
2014.
CONCRETE LABORER will be responsible for general labor working around drilled shaft foundations.
Forklift Operator will be responsible for hoisting & placing various materials & tooling on site. Must have Certified Forklift Training.
Wheel Loader/Operator will be responsible for operating Loader equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket/scoop to lift & transport dirt to and from stockpile location. Performs routine maintenance on loader & complete daily equipment reports. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Oiler will be responsible for assisting the drill rig operator in excavation & drilled shaft foundations by monitoring the diameter, depth & stability of the drilled shaft, including changing tooling, observing & recognizing varying soil classifications to troubleshoot & detect material problems. Must have 2-3 year demonstrated industry experience with installation of drilled shaft foundations.
Crane Operator will be responsible for operating, inspecting & maintaining the crane against defect & malfunctions including hoisting & transporting materials, observing load hookup & determining load safety, manipulating crane controls, speed & directions of crane and movement according to written, verbal or signal instructions. Must have 2 years’ experience as Crane Operator & CCO Certification.
Drill Rig Operator will be responsible for operating an IMT European drill rig for excavation of drilled shaft foundations. Must have 2-3 years’ experience operating AF300 drill rig or larger.
Qualified candidates will have 10 hour OSHA and First Aid & Safety training preferred.
