2013-14 Healthy People - Healthy Places Grants
Healthy People-Healthy Places recognizes that many organizations and communities in New Mexico are currently working to promote health. This grant cycle is specifically focused on efforts to promote health and equity through built environment (including community safety) and food access policy. HPHP mini-grants will provide resources to community-based nonprofits and organizations to support innovative and creative strategies that seek to increase and enhance the participation, engagement and knowledge of a wide range of community stakeholders related to HPHP project goals & objectives
