I was able to participate in the Storytelling Festival on Friday and Saturday, October 11and 12th. Where there were 5 main storytellers. Tim Tingles of the Choctaw Nation was able to go to Nizhoni Elementary on Thursday, October 10, 2013. His stories of Native American Folklore were enchanting, whimsical, comical and heart-warming. It was an amazing privilege to be able to hear stories from many backgrounds and cultures.
